Kari Boatner is native to Daytona Beach, Florida. After modeling in New York City and having permanent eyeliner done, Kari became very interested in permanent cosmetics. Her artistic ability, “can do” attitude, and heart for helping others are what motivated her to seek out the very best training the industry had to offer.

Kari invented and manufactures her own 100% disposable and "single-use" only instrument line. Her unique approach to cosmetic application has resulted in domestic and international clientele and students. Kari has been located within Florida Oral & Facial Surgical Associates in Daytona Beach, Florida since 2004. She provides a clinical approach to her permanent cosmetic services while also providing services for the maxillofacial surgeons within the practice and other members of the medical community.

Kari Boatner’s professional and clinical experience sets her apart within the permanent cosmetics industry. Her ongoing desire for continued education has earned her a position as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the NIC (National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology), which translates into a standard of care that surpasses industry requirements in order to better serve her clientele and students.
