Providing permanent cosmetic services since 1997, Kari Boatner has been a Board Certified Technician since 1997 and a Board Certified Instructor since 2002. Kari is an SPCP & AAM Member and attends annual Blood Borne Pathogens & Infection Control training. Having invented and manufactured her own 100% disposable and "single-use" only instrument line, her unique approach to cosmetic application has resulted in domestic and international clientele and students.

Kari Boatner Permanent Cosmetics is located within Florida Oral & Facial Surgical Associates in Daytona Beach, Florida where she provides a clinical approach to her permanent cosmetic services, while also providing services for the maxillofacial surgeons within the practice and other members of the medical community.
